My skills have been honed in two decades of publishing experience in scholarly and public policy fields, as well as background in business, legislative drafting, and the practice of law.

Among my clients have been former top State Department, Pentagon, National Security Council and cabinet officials, and leading scholars at Brandeis, Columbia, Harvard, MIT, Stanford, and other universities, as well as the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, the National Defense University, the East-West Institute, the National Institute for Standards and Technology, the MITRE Corporation, and other public-policy and research organizations.
